IRIDE Group, being the result of the merger of AMGA - Genoa into AEM - Torino, is the leading utility in the North-West of Italy and the third largest Italian local utility involved in energy production and sales, gas, district heating and water cycle development. Annual turnover in 2006 was € 2,5 Bn .
Lucchini Group is a diversified and dynamic Italian iron and steel producer (annual turnover € 2 Bn) and is now part of the Severstal Group being a major global player in a world of iron and steel characterized by a continual advance of technology.
Equiter is part of the Intesa - San Paolo Bank Group and is specialized in equity investments mainly in public infrastructures, motorways, local utilities and environmental projects.
